Considering your own lifestyle, can you identify 3 lifestyle factors that may be increasing your risk of developing breast cancer?

Can you can commit to eliminating (or reducing) at least one of these factors.

Tell a friend your plan, and mark in your calendar/diary one month ahead. At that time assess if you have achieved your goal. If you have, make another goal and work hard to achieve it. If you haven’t, try to adjust your goal to make it more manageable.
